Service Description
This in-clinic Health MOT service includes clinical checks like weight, blood pressure, sugar level, waist, and overall well-being assessment including diet, sleep, movement and mental health. At the end you'll know what you need to do next to keep or improve your health, with tailored solutions and step-by-step programs offered. Your GP will be informed if any out-of-range measurements or concerns are coming up, for further investigation. Additional testing might be offered, if needed, at extra costs. Over 18 years only.
Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions Last Updated: 16 Feb 2025 These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Happy Skin by Debora Tentis and our services. 1. Use of Services By booking an appointment or purchasing products, you agree to these terms. Services are available only to individuals aged 18+. 2. Payments & Bookings A non-refundable deposit is required for bookings. Full payment is due at the time of service. No refunds for completed treatments. Waiting List Bookings: Clients on the waiting list will be contacted as soon as an appointment becomes available. A deposit is required to hold a place on the list, which is non-refundable unless we are unable to offer an appointment within 60 days. 3. User Responsibilities You agree not to misuse our website or services. We reserve the right to refuse service for inappropriate behavior. If participating in group discussions or messaging platforms (e.g., Forums, Program groups, WhatsApp, Facebook), you must adhere to community guidelines. No medical advice should be given or shared within discussion groups. 4. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for reactions to treatments/products unless due to negligence. Refund & Cancellation Policy Last Updated: 16 Feb 2025 Appointments (Aesthetic Treatments, Consultations, Wellness appointments) Appointments can be rescheduled no later than 24-hour prior of the appointment. Deposit is non-refundable if client doesn't show up. The appointment will be cancelled with no refund if client is late more than half of the allocated time (usually 15-25min). No refunds for completed services.
