This Weekend Reset Program is part of The Reset Method - a holistic, anti-inflammatory lifestyle approach I created after my own health journey. It’s designed to help you reconnect with your body, balance your mind, and feel in control again — without overwhelm, restriction, or burnout.
Just a few years ago, I was struggling with severe bloating, eczema, extreme fatigue, weight gain, high blood pressure, memory fog, and an endless cycle of cravings and low energy. My GP only gave me Vitamin D, but I knew something deeper was going on. Through private testing, deep research, and months of trial and error, I discovered I was battling insulin resistance, leaky gut, hormonal chaos, and emotional exhaustion.
Now, I’ve reclaimed my energy, healed my gut, balanced my skin, and lost over 15kg, and I’ve made it my mission to help other women do the same, in a way that feels gentle, empowering, and sustainable.
