Restored

Restored

Ninety days of someone actually watching.

A proper venous blood panel drawn at your home. A plan built around your real numbers. Then three months of that plan being reviewed and adjusted as we see how your body actually responds, with repeat bloods at the end so the change is measured rather than assumed.

£1,200, or three monthly payments of £440

Why a one-off appointment is not usually enough

A protocol written from a single set of results is a very good first guess. It is built on where you were on the morning you did the test, and it assumes your body will respond the way most bodies do.

Often it does. Sometimes it does not, and that is the moment most women are on their own. The plan stops working, or it never quite starts, and there is nobody to take it back to.

Restored is the part where the plan gets adjusted. That is the whole difference, and it is what the ninety days buy.

What is included

Everything in the Women's Health Audit, with three upgrades on top.

A full venous panel, drawn at your home

Through a partner clinic, with the home visit included. More markers than a finger-prick kit, drawn properly, and you do not have to go anywhere or take a morning off.

Ninety days of review and adjustment

We look at how you are actually responding and change the plan accordingly. Doses, timing, what to add, and just as importantly what to drop. This is the entire point of the programme.

Repeat bloods at the end

So the change is measured, not assumed. You finish with a before and an after in numbers, which is a very different thing from finishing with a feeling.

Plus everything the Audit already gives you: the ninety-minute session on your results, a full written protocol, all the documentation you need to act on it, and supplements at clinic rates throughout.

How the ninety days run

  1. Weeks 0 to 2. Your venous panel is drawn at home, timed to your cycle where it matters. Results come back and I go through them before we meet.
  2. Week 2 or 3. Your ninety-minute session. We go through every number together and build the plan.
  3. Within 48 hours. Your written protocol lands. Supplements with doses and reasoning, lifestyle changes specific to you, and what we are watching for.
  4. Weeks 3 to 12. Regular review. We adjust as your body responds. This is where a plan becomes a result.
  5. Week 12. Repeat bloods, and we compare them with where you started.

Restored runs in small groups, because the whole point is that I am actually reviewing your plan rather than handing you a document. Put your name down and you will hear first when the next round opens.

You will also get the occasional email on women's health from me. No more than that, and you can unsubscribe from the bottom of any of them.

Almost there. Check your inbox for a confirmation email and click the link inside it. Nothing happens until you do, which is deliberate, because I would rather you actually chose this.

If it has not arrived in a few minutes, have a look in your spam folder. It sometimes lands there the first time.

Starting small costs you nothing

The £95 consultation credits in full against Restored if you enrol within 30 days. So does the £497 Audit.

Whichever way you walk it, the full path costs £1,200.

Questions women actually ask

Do I have to pay it all at once?

No. It is £1,200 in full, or three monthly payments of £440.

Can I start with something smaller?

Yes, and most women do. The £95 consultation is thirty minutes where you tell me what is going on and I tell you what I think is causing it. If Restored is right for you, everything you have spent comes off the price within 30 days.

Is this in person or online?

Either. The venous draw happens at your home wherever you are. The sessions can be in person in Milton Keynes or by video.

What if I need more than supplements and lifestyle changes?

Then you get everything you need to take that next step, and I help you get there. You are supported whichever route you choose.

How much of your time do I actually get?

Ninety minutes at the start, then ongoing review across the twelve weeks, then the repeat bloods and the comparison at the end. You are not left between appointments wondering.

The first step is a thirty-minute conversation.

You tell me what is going on. I tell you honestly whether Restored is the right thing for you, or whether something smaller would do the job. It credits back in full either way.
