£125 · 45 minutes · onlineBy video or voice call, wherever you are in the UK. The full £125 can be redeemed against the Women's Health Audit, the Restored Programme or a Restored Circle place within 30 days.

- My clinical view of what is most likely going on, and why.
- A clear next step, and the order to do things in.
- A straight answer on whether you need testing or a full plan, or whether this conversation is enough.

What the 45 minutes are like
It's just you and me, by video or voice call, whichever you'd rather. Your appointment details come with your booking confirmation.
You can start anywhere. Most women start with whatever has bothered them most this week, and we get to the rest.
Have your results, your list or the notes on your phone to hand. If you get upset halfway through, that's fine. It happens more often than you'd think, and we carry on when you're ready.
You leave knowing what I think is going on and what to do first. Nothing gets booked or bought unless you want it to.

Is 45 minutes enough?
For a proper conversation and a clear direction, yes. If you need testing and a written plan, that's what the Women's Health Audit is for, and I'll tell you if it's the right next step.
Video or phone?
Whichever suits you. It's online either way, so you can join from anywhere in the UK.
Should I bring anything?
Any recent blood results, including the ones you were told were normal. Normal blood results don't mean your symptoms aren't real. We interpret investigations alongside your symptoms, medical history and clinical circumstances to decide what, if anything, needs further assessment.
What if I want to go further afterwards?
Your £125 can be redeemed in full against the next step, as long as you book within 30 days. You never pay twice for the same conversation.

Medicines that need a prescription are assessed independently by an authorised prescriber. Any extra fees for the prescription or the medicine are explained during your consultation, before anything goes ahead.
