Women's Health Audit

Women's Health Audit

The appointment where I test you first.

A full blood panel, done at home, before we ever sit down. Then ninety minutes going through your actual results together. You leave with a written protocol built around your own numbers.

£497 · 90 minutes · six spots a round

This is for you if

  • You have been told everything is fine and you know it is not.
  • You are tired in a way that sleep does not touch.
  • Your weight will not move, however carefully you eat.
  • Your skin has changed and nothing you use is helping.
  • You have had bits of you looked at, and never all of you at once.

Most women who come to me are not looking for someone to tell them they are fine. They already suspect they are not. They want someone to look properly, and to explain what they find.

What £497 includes

1. A blood panel

A home finger-prick kit posted to you, or a venous draw at home where the marker set needs it. It covers thyroid including antibodies, ferritin and full blood count, HbA1c and fasting glucose, vitamin D, and the hormone set timed correctly to your cycle: FSH, oestradiol, testosterone and SHBG.

2. Ninety minutes, with your results in front of us

Not guessing from symptoms. Your real numbers, explained properly, and what they mean together rather than one at a time.

3. A full written protocol within 48 hours

Supplements with dose, timing and the reasoning behind each one. Lifestyle changes specific to you. What each of your results means. What to retest, and when.

4. Everything you need to take the next step

Whichever route you choose, you leave with the paperwork to act on your plan. You are not handed a document and left to work the rest out alone.

5. Supplements at clinic rates for 90 days

The things I actually recommend, at what I pay for them, for three months.

6. A check-in at two weeks

Because the first fortnight is where most plans quietly fall over, and that is exactly when a plan is easiest to fix.

How it works

  1. You book and pay. I send you a short form so I walk in prepared rather than cold.
  2. Your blood kit goes out within two working days. Instructions are in the box. Do it in the morning if you can, and post it back the same day.
  3. If you are still having periods, message me first. Some of these hormones only give a meaningful reading on specific days of your cycle. I will work out the right day for you.
  4. Results come back to me in about five to seven working days.
  5. We book your ninety minutes. Realistically two to three weeks from the day you book.
  6. Your written protocol lands within 48 hours of the session.
  7. I check in with you two weeks later.

The wait is the point, not a delay. Your bloods have to be done and resulted before we sit down, because otherwise we are back to guessing. Two to three weeks from booking to session. I would rather say that plainly now than have you wondering in week two whether I have gone quiet.

Your GP is not failing you. The system is.

Ten minutes an appointment. A blood panel that checks the bare minimum. A referral with a long wait at the end of it.

Nowhere in that system is there space for a ninety-minute conversation about why you are exhausted, why your weight will not move, why your skin has changed, and what all of it means together.

That gap is real, and it is the whole reason I do this.

Questions women actually ask

What if my results come back normal?

In range is not the same as optimal. In range means you are not ill enough to treat. It does not mean your body has what it needs. That distinction is most of what the ninety minutes is for.

Is this in person or online?

Either. In person at the clinic in Milton Keynes, or by video, whichever suits you. The bloods are done at home either way.

I am already taking something hormonal. Does that matter?

It matters for timing and for which markers are worth measuring, so message me before you book and I will tell you how it changes things. It very rarely rules the audit out.

What if I need more than supplements and lifestyle changes?

Then you get everything you need to take that next step, and I help you get there. Nobody leaves with a plan and no way to act on it.

Is there a payment plan?

Nothing formal, but message me and let us talk about it. I would rather the right person got in than lost a spot over timing.

What if I change my mind?

Before your blood kit has been dispatched, a full refund, no questions. Once the kit is on its way the panel cost is committed and cannot be refunded, though your session and everything after it still stands. If you need to move your session, give me whatever notice you can and we will find another day.

Why only six?

Because each one is ninety minutes plus the protocol writing, and six is what I can genuinely deliver properly across the Fridays and Saturdays I have. When a round is full, it is full, and I will not quietly add a seventh.

Six spots in this round.

When they are gone, they are gone, and the next round opens when I have the time to do it properly.

Or message me on Instagram with the word AUDIT. I answer these myself, usually with a voice note.

Not sure this is the right one?

There are three ways into women's health at the clinic, and each one credits in full against the next if you upgrade within 30 days. Nobody is penalised for starting small.
