Why 90 days
A plan is a very good first version. Then real life happens. Some changes work straight away, some need adjusting, and some need dropping.
The Restored Programme is where that adjusting happens. You're never left on your own with a plan that has stopped working.
What's included
Your first consultation, and treatment straight away where it's right
45 minutes to go through your symptoms, your history and what you need. Where treatment is the right answer, it can start after your first appointment, with the paperwork to act on it.
Your Full Comprehensive Hormones & Health Blood Test
More than 30 markers: hormones, thyroid, blood sugar, cholesterol, liver, kidneys, iron and vitamins, to rule out other causes and fine-tune your plan. A nurse visit at your home or workplace or a finger-prick kit, plus a mini Health MOT (blood pressure, weight and waist). All included.
Your written plan, updated with your results
What your numbers mean, the changes to food, movement, sleep and stress that matter most for you, supplements where they help, and treatment where it's the right answer.
90 days of review and adjustment
We look at how you're responding and change the plan to match: supplement doses, timing, what to add and what to drop.
Repeat bloods at the end
So you finish with a before and an after in numbers. If your hormones or cortisol need a closer look, a DUTCH Complete test (a dried urine hormone test) is included instead.
Plus supplements at clinic rates throughout.
How the 90 days run
- Talk. Your first consultation, 45 minutes. Your symptoms, your history and what you need.
- Start. Where treatment is the right answer, it starts after your first appointment. You don't have to wait for results.
- Test. Your blood test, timed to your cycle where it matters, to rule out other causes. When your results are back, I update your plan around them.
- Review, across the 12 weeks. Regular reviews, adjusting the plan as your body responds.
- Week 12. Repeat bloods, compared with where you started, and your next appointment in the diary.

Starting smaller still counts
The Women's Health Consultation fee can be redeemed in full against the Restored Programme if you enrol within 30 days. So can the Women's Health Audit fee, if you enrol within 30 days of your Audit review.
Questions women ask me
When does it start?
The next round starts in January. Join the waitlist and you'll hear the dates first.
Do I have to pay it all at once?
No. £1,200 in full, or 3 monthly payments of £400.
Can I start treatment before my results are back?
Yes, where treatment is the right answer for you. If your symptoms point to perimenopause or menopause and you're over 45, you usually don't need a blood test first. Your results then help me rule out other causes and fine-tune the plan.
Is it just supplements?
No. Supplements are one part and often not the biggest. Your plan covers food, movement, sleep and stress, and treatment where it's the right answer.
Can I start with something smaller?
Yes, and many women do. The Women's Health Consultation is 45 minutes, and it can be redeemed in full against the programme within 30 days.
How do the appointments work?
Online, by video or voice call, wherever you are in the UK. Your blood test is done at home or at work.
What happens after day 90?
Your next appointment is already in the diary. I keep your history, so whenever something changes, you come back to someone who knows you.
