Tests that change the plan
I test when a result will change what we do next. Every test comes with your results explained, in plain English, and a plan built on them.
What the clinic tests
Hormones
FSH, oestradiol, testosterone and SHBG, timed to your cycle where that matters.
Thyroid
Thyroid function, including thyroid antibodies.
Metabolism and energy
HbA1c and fasting glucose, ferritin and a full blood count, and vitamin D.
These tests are part of the Women's Health Audit and the Restored Programme. Single tests will be listed here as they become available.
How testing works
- A finger-prick kit posted to you, or a blood draw at your home when the markers need it
- If you still have periods, I'll tell you which day of your cycle to test
- I tell you when to expect your results
- We go through them together, and you get a written plan

Women's Health Consultation
Your history, your symptoms and what you've already tried, looked at together. You leave knowing what is most likely going on and what to do next.

Women's Health Audit
Blood tests first, then 90 minutes on your results and a written plan within 48 hours.
Care Plan · £1,200, or 3 monthly payments of £400
Restored Programme
A full hormones and health blood test with a nurse visit or clinic draw, a written plan, 90 days of reviews where the plan is adjusted as your body responds, and repeat bloods at the end. Your next appointment is in the diary before day 90 ends.
