This in-clinic Health & Wellness Consultation includes clinical checks like weight, blood pressure, sugar level and waist, and an overall wellbeing assessment covering diet, sleep, movement and mental health. At the end you'll know what to do next to keep or improve your health, with tailored solutions and step-by-step programmes offered. If anything is out of range, I explain what it means and what happens next, and where your GP needs to know, I write to them the same day. Additional testing may be offered if needed, at extra cost. Over 18s only.
