At the end you'll know what you need to do next to keep or improve your health, with tailored solutions and step-by-step programs offered. Your GP will be informed if any out-of-range measurements or concerns are coming up, for further investigation. Additional testing might be offered, if needed, at extra costs. Over 18 years only.
