How it works

1. Talk: your first consultation, 45 minutes, online by video or voice call. Your symptoms, your history and what you need.
2. Start: where treatment is the right answer, it can start after your first appointment. You don't have to wait for results.
3. Test: your blood panel, chosen around what we talked about, to rule out other causes and fine-tune your plan.
4. Review: your second consultation, 45 minutes. We go through your results, check how you're getting on and adjust your plan.

What's included

• 2 consultations of 45 minutes each
• Your blood panel: a finger-prick kit at home, a blood draw at a OneDayTest clinic near you, or a nurse visit at your home or workplace. It covers thyroid including antibodies, ferritin and a full blood count, HbA1c and fasting glucose, vitamin D, and your hormones timed to your cycle: FSH, oestradiol, testosterone and SHBG
• A mini Health MOT: blood pressure, weight and waist
• Your written plan, updated with your results

Your £497 can be redeemed in full against the Restored Programme if you enrol within 30 days of your Audit review.
