Restored Circle

The Restored Circle

Eight women. Twelve weeks. Starting January.

The first group to go through the Restored Programme together. A blood panel and a private assessment of your own, six small-group sessions where the learning happens, and three more one-to-one conversations along the way. You get the whole thing. You just do the understanding part alongside seven other women who are somewhere near where you are.

£795, or three monthly payments of £265

Places open in September. The waitlist hears first, and there are only eight.

Why a group, when the whole point is that it is personal

Because most of what women need to understand is the same, and almost none of what they need to do is.

The explaining part, what oestrogen and progesterone actually do across a month and across a decade, why energy and metabolism shift when they do, what a blood result is really telling you, why sleep sits underneath most of it, that part does not change from woman to woman. Teaching it eight times over is not eight times better. It is just eight times.

What does change is your numbers, your history, your life and what you can realistically do on a Tuesday. So that part stays private, one to one, exactly as it would be if you came on your own.

The circle is where you learn. The one-to-one is where it becomes yours. And there is a second thing the group gives you that I cannot: seven other women who stop you feeling like you are the only one.

What you get

A blood panel and a private assessment before we start

Arranged for you in early January, timed to your cycle where that matters. Then a forty-five minute one-to-one, just you and me, before the group ever meets. So you walk into the first session already knowing what we are working with.

Six small-group sessions across the twelve weeks

Ninety minutes each, fortnightly, by video. Your body and how it works, energy and metabolism, cycles and perimenopause and what is actually normal, nutrition that holds up for women, stress and the nervous system, and then how to keep it going once I am not there. Each one comes with something you keep.

Three more one-to-one sessions, private

Your blood results in week two, a mid-point in week six to change what is not working, and a wrap-up in week twelve. Your results and your plan are never discussed in the group room. Not once.

A personal ninety-day plan at the end

Written for you, not for the group. What your numbers meant, what changed, and what the next ninety days should look like now you understand your own body well enough to run them yourself.

How the twelve weeks run

  1. Early January. Your blood panel is arranged and your private forty-five minute onboarding happens. You sign the agreement and the group ground rules before anyone meets.
  2. Week 1, together. Understanding your body. How the twelve weeks work and what you want out of them.
  3. Week 2, private. Your results, one to one, thirty minutes. Yours and nobody else's.
  4. Weeks 3 to 11, together. Five more group sessions, fortnightly. Energy and metabolism, cycles and perimenopause, nutrition, stress and habits, then sustaining it.
  5. Week 6, private. Mid-point one to one. This is where we change what is not working, which is normally something.
  6. Week 12, private. Wrap-up one to one and your personal ninety-day plan.

What stays private, in writing

Group programmes in this market are often vague about this, and I am not going to be. Before the first session everyone signs the same short set of ground rules, and they say the following.

Your blood results, your history and your plan are discussed one to one and never in the group. Nothing anyone shares in a session leaves it. You are never asked to say anything you would rather not. And your health information is stored securely and handled under UK data protection law, exactly as it would be if you were seeing me on your own.

This is education and structured support from a women's health pharmacist. It does not diagnose or treat medical conditions, and it does not replace your GP.

Put your name down

Places open in September and there are eight of them. The waitlist gets told first, and gets a few days before anyone else. That is the only advantage it gives you, but with eight places it is a real one.

You will also get the occasional email on women's health from me. No more than that, and you can unsubscribe from the bottom of any of them.

Almost there. Check your inbox for a confirmation email and click the link inside it. Nothing happens until you do, which is deliberate, because I would rather you actually chose this.

If it has not arrived in a few minutes, have a look in your spam folder. It sometimes lands there the first time.

Why the first circle costs less

Because you are first, and first is worth something to both of us.

You get the founding rate. I get your honest feedback on what worked and what did not, which is how the next circle gets better. That is the whole arrangement, and it only happens once.

Questions women actually ask

Do I have to pay it all at once?

No. It is £795 either way. Pay it in full, or in three monthly payments of £265. Instalments cost you nothing extra. A £200 deposit holds your place and comes off the first payment.

Will my results be discussed in front of other people?

Never. Every conversation about your bloods, your history or your plan happens one to one and privately. The group sessions are teaching, not case reviews.

What if I cannot make one of the group sessions?

Sessions are recorded and you get the recording, and the material is yours to keep. Your one-to-one appointments are booked around you, so those never clash.

Is this in person or online?

The group sessions are by video, so you can be anywhere. Your one-to-one sessions can be by video too, or in person in Milton Keynes if you are local and would rather.

How is this different from the Restored Programme?

The Restored Programme is built entirely around you with my whole attention across ninety days, and it is the right answer if your picture is complicated or you want the private version of everything. The Restored Circle gives you the same understanding and your own assessment and plan, with the teaching done in a group. Same twelve weeks, different shape.

What if I want to start before January?

Then start with the £95 consultation. Thirty minutes where you tell me what is going on and I tell you what I think is causing it, and we work out from there whether waiting for January is right for you or whether you should not wait at all.

Not sure yet? Start with a conversation.

The £95 consultation is thirty minutes. You tell me what is going on, I tell you honestly what I think, and we decide together whether the Restored Circle is the right thing for you.
