DUTCH Complete

A dried urine test that shows your sex hormones, how your body breaks them down, and your cortisol pattern across the day.

What it measures

43 markers: oestrogens, progesterone and androgens and the substances your body turns them into; your daily cortisol pattern; melatonin; and markers linked to certain vitamins.

How it works

A kit is posted to you. You collect urine on small filter-paper strips at set times across one day, let them dry, and post them back.

Your results

Your results come back to the clinic, usually 7 to 10 days after the lab receives your sample. You receive a copy of your report. Delivery is free, and the price includes the kit and the lab fee. A consultation to go through your results and turn them into a plan is separate: book a Women's Health Consultation (30 minutes, longer if you need it, £95).

Who it is for

Women with perimenopause or cycle symptoms, sleep problems or stress who want different detail from a blood test.

A test result is one part of the picture. It does not diagnose a condition on its own. If you have symptoms that worry you, please get them checked.
