DUTCH Plus Complete + CAR

Everything in the DUTCH Complete, plus saliva samples that show how your cortisol rises when you wake up.

What it measures

43 urine markers, as in the DUTCH Complete, plus your cortisol awakening response (CAR) from saliva.

How it works

A kit is posted to you. You collect dried urine strips across one day, and saliva samples in the first hour after waking, then post them back.

Your results

Your results come back to the clinic, usually 7 to 10 days after the lab receives your sample. You receive a copy of your report. Delivery is free, and the price includes the kit and the lab fee. A consultation to go through your results and turn them into a plan is separate: book a Women's Health Consultation (30 minutes, longer if you need it, £95).

Who it is for

Women whose main concerns are stress, energy and sleep alongside hormone changes.

A test result is one part of the picture. It does not diagnose a condition on its own. If you have symptoms that worry you, please get them checked.
