Full Comprehensive Hormones & Health Blood Test

The clinic's most complete blood test: your hormones and your general health in one sample.

What it measures

It measures over 35 markers: a full thyroid panel; FSH, LH, oestradiol, progesterone, testosterone, SHBG, the free androgen index, prolactin and DHEA-S; HbA1c (your average blood sugar); a cholesterol profile; liver and kidney function; uric acid; CRP (a marker of inflammation); ferritin (your iron stores); vitamin D and vitamin B12.

How it works

A finger-prick kit is posted to you. You take a small blood sample at home and post it back to the lab. If you still have periods, we will tell you which day of your cycle to test on. Using hormonal contraception or HRT? Tell us before you test, as it changes how some results read.

A clinic blood draw, a nurse visit and the mini Health MOT are included at no extra cost in the Women's Health Audit and the Restored Programme.

Your results

Your results come back to the clinic, usually 3 to 5 days after the lab receives your sample. You receive a copy of your report. Delivery is free, and the price includes the kit and the lab fee. A consultation to go through your results and turn them into a plan is separate: book a Women's Health Consultation (30 minutes, longer if you need it, £95).
